Great repair service!

I called about 1:10 PM to schedule repairs for my stove, the oven quit working. It's now 2:20 PM, the repairman has already fixed it and left again. Thank you very much! I highly recommend your company to anyone and will gladly refer friends that need appliance repairs to you.

Great Service

I was visiting my grandparents up in Riverside a few days ago and when old folks get old nowadays they don't know how to go about searching for good service, luckily for them they got family support, so I headed out to Riverside and took a look at a Fridge they were having a problem with, I'm not that handy of a person so I searched online and found J.I.M Appliance Repair. Here's my analysis of the service they provided once they arrived at my house.

1. The person who scheduled the appointment was very well spoken and professional on the phone, able to schedule me on the same day

2. The tech showed up during the window frame they gave me and was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes

3. The repair was done on the same day and the price they quoted me was very reasonable ( I searched around on the net and compared ballpark figures) Had a problem with freon and there was a hole in the compressor

4. The appliance was fixed the same day, tested and the tech gave a 10% percent senior discount

This company is fast, reliable and efficient grandma and grandpa have a service company to call and i no longer have to drive out to riverside, I'm happy and their happy.
